Michelle DiMartino - Product Liability Attorney
Michele A. DiMartino is an Associate in the Pennsylvania office of Miller & Associates representing injured Plaintiffs in the areas of products liability and pharmaceutical litigation, including such drugs as Vioxx, Bextra, Celebrex and the diet drugs known as Fen-Phen.
Ms. DiMartino is the primary litigator in the Pennsylvania office and has second-chaired numerous Fen-Phen trials in the Philadelphia Court of Common Pleas which resulted in substantial verdicts and settlements. She is currently handling cases involving Vioxx and Bextra which have been linked to cardiovascular events such as strokes and heart attacks.
Ms. DiMartino earned her Bachelor’s Degree in Political Science from Villanova University in May of 1993. She graduated cum laude. She earned her Juris Doctor from Widener University School of Law in May of 1996. Ms. DiMartino is licensed to practice law in Pennsylvania and New Jersey. She is a member of the Philadelphia Bar Association and the Association of Trial Lawyers of America.
