Kristina M. Gigstad

Kristina M. Gigstad is an Associate focusing her practice on mass torts, pharmaceutical litigation and products liability.

Prior to joining The Miller Firm, LLC, Ms. Gigstad worked at a general practice firm in Minnesota where she specialized in personal injury claims and NASD arbitrations.  She also represented indigent defendants as a volunteer for the Minnesota Justice Foundation.

Ms. Gigstad earned a Bachelor of Arts in Marketing from Buena Vista University in Storm Lake, Iowa, where she graduated with honors.  She obtained her Juris Doctor from the University of St. Thomas School of Law in Minneapolis, Minnesota, where she was a member of the Committee for Social Justice, The St. Thomas More Society, and the Faith and Reason Society.

Ms. Gigstad is admitted to practice in Minnesota.
