David J. Dickens

David J. Dickens is an associate attorney focusing his practice on mass torts, pharmaceutical litigation, and products liability.

Prior to Miller and Associates, Mr. Dickens gained experience as a clerk in the litigation department for Liberty Mutual Insurance Company. In addition, he has represented juveniles, in all aspects of the criminal courts, through the Juvenile Justice Program in Boston, Massachusetts.

Mr. Dickens earned a Bachelor of Arts from James Madison University in both Political Science and Public Administration. David obtained his Juris Doctor from Suffolk University Law School, where he graduated, with honors, from the Civil Litigation Concentration.

Mr. Dickens is admitted to practice in Virginia and is a member of the Virginia Trial Lawyers Association.
