Jan Seabaugh is an Associate focusing her practice on mass torts, pharmaceutical litigation and products liability.
Prior to joining The Miller Firm, LLC, Ms. Seabaugh worked as an independent contract attorney for six years. Ms. Seabaugh graduated from The University of Richmond School of Law, where she was the president of the Health Law Forum and a member of the Journal of Law & Technology. Her pre-law school work includes many years of litigation experience, mostly involving personal injury cases.
Ms. Seabaugh also has a Master’s Degree in Psychology from Pepperdine University, and a Bachelor’s Degree in Journalism from The University of Houston.
Ms. Seabaugh is admitted to practice in Virginia.
